Can any attorney handle a Florida nursing home abuse case?

I guess it is possible that any attorney could handle a Florida nursing home abuse case, but I think what one really needs is an attorney who knows how to handle those cases. They have some complex laws. The law’s continually changing. There’s some notice requirements. They’re fairly complex cases and ones that can be mishandled if someone doesn’t know what they’re doing. If I had a loved one in a nursing home, I wouldn’t hire somebody who hadn’t had a lot of experience with these cases.
