The family of a 2-year-old gir killed in a tragic car accident is seeking justice, the Orlando Sentinel reports. Roberto Zepka and Elizabeth Manzanilla were vacationing in Orlando in August of 2009 when their car was struck by a drunk driver. Young Isabelle Zepka died from her injuries three days later. The young family was in Orlando on a vacation.

Now, two years later, the family is returning to Orlando for the trail of 38-year-old John Molnar. He is being charged in the wrongful death of the young girl. The charges are DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide.

Do you think these charges are fair for this crime?
