Kara was born and raised in Rexburg, Idaho. She earned her undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University–Idaho before attending the University of Tulsa College of Law.
While in law school, she was actively involved in several student organizations. She served as an Executive Articles Editor for the Energy Law Journal, as Vice President of the Law and Medicine Society, and as a class representative on the Student Bar Association. Kara also gained valuable hands-on experience clerking with a personal injury law firm, where she developed a strong interest in advocating for individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. This experience allowed her to see the challenges injured individuals face and the importance of helping clients navigate the claims process while they focus on healing and recovery.
Looking ahead, Kara is eager to build her legal career by serving her community and advocating for clients during some of the most challenging times in their lives. She is committed to providing thoughtful, dedicated representation and takes pride in helping individuals navigate the legal process with clarity and confidence.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and dogs, and on the golf course.
